Are you looking for a custom pressed floral bouquet preservation? I’d love to work with you! Together, we can turn your bouquet into a piece of art that captures the beauty of your flowers and the memories of your special day!
Here’s how it works!
- After your wedding or other floral event, we get your flowers to me as soon as possible! If you live in the Greater Boston area, I am happy to pick them up after your event. If you are not local, they can be express mailed. In either case, I work with you, a member of your wedding party, your florist, or your wedding coordinator to plan these important details.
- Within 24 hours of receiving your flowers, I press them. I use a microwave method, so they are usually ready within a day.
- I begin to play with ideas based on your preferences and get back to you with initial design options for your feedback. Typical designs include recreating the bouquet, creating a flowing design with the flowers, or creating an image of the couple. Common sizes are 16″ x 20″ and 18″ x 24″. Typical framing choices are double glass or traditional with mat. See some the pieces I have done below to get your creative juices flowing!
- I create the final design, checking in with you regularly as needed. I offer the option of supplementing with my own pressed flowers if desired.
- To complete your piece, I work with a local professional framer who brings expertise and expands framing options.
- We arrange a time for me to deliver your completed piece, or we arrange shipping. You now have your memories preserved on your wall!
