14″ x 17″ unframed, pressed seaweed, hibiscus & bleeding hearts

This piece was inspired by the many labradors I have had in my life… Smuckers, Ruff, Annie, Wilbur & Chester. Labs are truly special dogs. They have a sure & friendly presence, and they are devoted & loyal companions. This piece in particular was inspired the experiences I have had with all my labs on the beach. It is a place where they are relaxed and happy, and where their carefree spirits emerge. I love watching that and being a part of it!
